Returns & Refunds

We offer returns, refunds, and replacements for:

  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged or defective products

All return, refund, or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, this is due to all items being made to order. Please contact us at customer_care@sosapparel.org if you believe you're eligible.
